Launched in 2014, Supera Park contemplates an area of 159 thousand square meters for the installation of up to 126 technology based companies.

Supera Innovation and Technology Park just released on its youtube channel a video with its expansion project, showing the model that will be built with the urbanization of the plots located around the Park. Launched in 2014, the Technology Park is a place of innovation, result of a consortium between the City Hall of Ribeirão Preto, the University of Sao Paulo and the State of Sao Paulo.

Located in the Campus of Ribeirao Preto of the University of Sao Paulo, the Park has a total area of 378 square meters of which 159 will be destined for the installation of new companies. “The first phase of the project was concluded in 2014 when the 2 buildings were launched to host the Technology Center and the Business Incubator”, explains Educardo Cicconi, Manager of Supera Park. The current built area is 6 thousand square meters.

The expectation for 2017 is to have part of the 159 square meters urbanized, allowing the Park to receive the first companies in the new area. “Besides taxes incentives from the city, companies will count on networking spaces and green areas”, says Cicconi.

The size of individual plots varies between 500 and 4 thousand square meters. In the last phase of the project, 2 other buildings will be built to receive the Administrative Section and the Startup Accelerator. The video is available at:
